This policy explains what information Hildreth.io collects and how it is used. Hildreth.io is operated by Kemble Hildreth in McDonough, Georgia.

This website

hildreth.io does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to work with you.

Client work

When you hire Hildreth.io, we keep the business information needed to do the work, such as contact details, brand materials and account access you choose to share. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to deliver your project, such as website hosting or ad platforms you ask us to manage.

Mission Control and Google user data

Mission Control is Hildreth.io's private internal workspace, used only by its owner. With the owner's permission, it connects to the owner's own Gmail accounts through Google's official API to:

• show inbox conversations (sender, subject, preview and labels) in one place,
• archive, label or mark conversations as read when the owner asks, and
• save reply drafts, which are sent only after the owner approves each one.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Only message metadata and previews are stored; full message bodies are fetched when opened and are not stored. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties. Access can be revoked at any time from Mission Control or from the Google Account permissions page, and doing so deletes the stored data.

Hildreth.io's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We use encrypted connections, encrypted storage for sensitive data, strong sign-in (passkeys), and access limited to the owner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing kemble.hildreth@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
